Refund & Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered once a purchase has been completed and files have been downloaded.

Please review all listing details, descriptions, sizing information, and file formats before purchasing to ensure the design meets your needs.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect file, experience issues accessing your download, or believe there is a problem with the embroidery design itself, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement file, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

• Purchasing the wrong design
• Purchasing the wrong file format
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read the product description
• User error during editing, resizing, conversion, or embroidery machine operation
